摘    要:使用DB-17大口径毛细管柱,WFID检测器,定量测定盐酸安他唑啉中残留溶剂并确定了色谱条件.结果表明,乙醇的线性方程Y=0.046 27+0.653 69 X, r=0.998 16 (n=8), 线性范围50.35~718.9 g/L;甲苯的线性方程Y=0.019 28+1.643 19 X,r=0.993 72 (n=8),线性范围11.6~162.4 g/L;DMF线性方程Y=0.025 31+0.356 54 X ,r=0.993 44 (n=8),线性范围9.8~137.2 g/L.盐酸安他唑啉中乙醇加标回收率98.32%,RSD为6.79%;甲苯加标回收率98.17%,RSD为1.5%;DMF加标回收率98.99%,RSD为2.34%,可用于产品检测.

Abstract:The linear equation of ethanol is Y=0.046 27+0.653 69 X,r=0.998 16(n=8),the range of linear 50.35~718.9 g/Land average recovery rate is 98.32%,RSD is 6.79%.The linear equation of toluene is Y=0.019 28+1.643 19 X,r=0.993 72(n=8),The range of linear 11.6~162.4 g/Land average recovery rate is 98.17%,RSD is 1.5%.The linear equation of DMF is Y=0.025 31+0.356 54 X,r=0.993 44(n=8),The range of linear 9.8~137.2 g/Land average recovery rate is 98.99%,RSD is 2.34%.Can be used determination in produce.
