| 摘 要： | 通过分析影响高校教师心理健康状况的因素发现,压力是引发各种高校教师心理健康问题的直接原因,应对方式是影响高校教师心理健康的中介因素,高校教师的个性特征是决定其心理健康的关键因素,但对于这些因素的相互作用机制还缺乏一定的认识。今后应重点研制本土化、科学化的测量工具,以便对高校教师的心理健康状况进行客观地评估。

| Abstract: | Analysis of the the influencing factors of mental health of university teachers shows as flows： pressure is the direct cause of various mental problems with university teachers;methods of response to the problems are the intermediate factors influencing mental health;the teacher＇s personality is the key factor determing mental health.However,there is no agreement on how the factors interact with each other.Research in future should focus on development of the native and scientific mental health scale to evaluate the university teachers＇ mental health scientifically. |
