高职院校学术文化建设内涵及策略研究

学术文化建设之于高职院校,是一项较艰难、却极为迫切的工作。较之于普通高校,高职院校学术文化建设有其独特的内涵,即:以"应用性"为突出特点,以教育教学研究和技术应用研究为主要内容,以校企合作、产学研结合为主要途径。结合目前学术文化建设的形势和高职院校独特的学术文化内涵,高职院校学术文化建设宜采取的策略为:以"质量工程"建设为主要抓手,以学术制度建设等为基本保障,搭建校企合作开展教科研工作的平台,狠抓"学风建设",造就高职教育领域自己的大师。

On the connotation and strategy of academic culture construction at higher vocational college

Constructing the academic culture for higher vocational college is a bit tough but an urgent task.Compared with ordinary universities,academic culture construction at higher vocational college shows its unique connotations with obvious character of application and with main contents of research on education,teaching and technology application and with the basic path in cooperation between schools and enterprises and in combination of production,learning and research.Based on the current situation and the connotation of the academic culture construction in higher vocational college,the development strategies might be focused on constructing quality project as the starting point,establishing academic system as a basic guarantee,setting up a platform to develop cooperation between schools and enterprises,taking measures to construct academic integrity,carrying out work on research and teaching and bringing up masters in the education field of higher vocational college.
