| Abstract: | It is the kernel of Sino-Foreign cooperation in running schools to introduce high-quality foreign educa- tional resources. Whether high-quality foreign educational resources can be introduced or not is an important meas- ure of the quality of Sino-Foreign cooperation in running schools. We must understand high-quality foreign educa- tional resources completely, grasp the main principles of importing high-quality foreign educational resources and improve the general level of higher education and international competitiveness. |
