| 摘 要： | 通过对企业长期以来形成的固定管理模式的研究，提出了企业管理创新的新思路，分析了企业目前面临的竞争形势，指出企业要勇于接受现代管理理念，自觉提高管理能力，建立适应市场经济的企业管理制度体系，以科学的发展观推进企业的管理创新。

| Abstract: | Through the research on enterprise's fixed managerial model formed long time ago, this paper puts forward some new ideas for enterprise's managerial innovation, analyzes on the competitive situation faced by the enterprise, and points out that the enterprise should receive the conception of the modern management, increase the managerial ability, establish enterprise's managerial system, and promoting enterprise's managerial innovation with the conception of the scientific development. |
