论国家科学交流体系

摘    要:作为科学传播重要组成部分的科学交流,是个体或组织之间借助于共同的符号系统相互传递并获取科学信息的过程或活动.科学交流对于科学发展具有衔接继承、激励启智、智力整合、造势辐射、聚才育人等功能.就世界范围而言,国家科学交流体系近年来呈现制度化、综合化、社会化、超域化的发展趋势.为完善我国的国家科学交流体系,应当在制度建设、组织建设、文化建设等方面采取相应的对策.

Abstract:Science exchange,as an important part of science communication,is a process and activity of impressing and obtaining the scientific information between individuals and organizations by the common symbol system.Science exchange has various functions in the development of science including that of hooking up and inheriting from the scientific knowledge,encouraging the scholars,integrating the intellects,radiating the scientific knowledge,being magnetic to talents and cultivating persons.In recent years,national science exchange system all over the world has shown the development trend of institutionalization,synthesization,socialization and cross-discipline.The relevant measures should be taken in the construction of system,organization and culture to perfect the science exchange system in China.
