| 摘 要： | 利用原子吸收光谱测定法(FAAS)对欧拉羊被毛中的Zn、Cu、Cd、Fe、Mn、Mg和Co七种矿物元素进行了测定,结果Fe、Cu、Zn、Co四种元素的标准差相对较小,表明各变数的变异程度较小,其平均值代表性较大.而Mn、Cd、Mg的标准差相对较大,平均值的代表性小.另外,欧拉羊被毛中Zn元素含量低于正常值,而Mn元素含量高于正常值.

| Abstract: | The co ntents of zinc,copper,Cadmium,iron,manganese,magnes ium,cobalt in Euler sheep were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry anal ysis(AAS)respectively.The standard deviation of iron,copper,zinc,cobalt was rela tively less,which illustrated the smaller of variation degree in each number,the greater of the average representation.However,manganese,Cadmium,magnesium were reverse.Zinc element of sheep hair was below normal level,but manganese elements were higher than normal level. |
