油田N80油套管腐蚀性影响因素研究

摘    要:N80钢管广泛应用在油田生产中,但是由于钢管所处的环境比较复杂,腐蚀不可避免,并且随着油田生产的进行,腐蚀变得越来越严重,已经对油田的经济安全运行造成了一定程度上的影响,因此对腐蚀机理和影响因素的研究就迫在眉睫。模拟大庆油田生产系统实际产出水腐蚀环境,在实验室用挂片失重法考察了反应时间、pH值、HCO3-、SO42-的含量等因素对N80油套钢管腐蚀行为的影响,为采取相应的防腐措施提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The N80 steel pipe were widely used in oilfield production,but because the environment the steel pipe faced in was more complex,corrosion was inevitable,and along with the oilfield production,the corrosion became more and more serious,which caused a degree of influence on the oilfield economically and securely,so the study on the corrosion mechanism and influencing factors was imminent.Water corrosion environment of Daqing oilfield production system is simulated output,and used hanging piece weight-loss method to set impact of the steel pipe corrosion in reaction time,pH-value HCO3-,SO42-and so on to provide the corresponding measures for corrosion.
