| 摘 要： | 在阐述电源定时管理的概念、应具备的功能和Windows环境下用于电源管理的Api函数的基础上,利用Delphi实现了具有较强功能的电源定时管理程序。经过实践证明,该程序在节约能源、减少软硬件的损坏几率、提升系统稳定性、降低管理计算机的工作强度等方面有明显的作用。
