摘    要:泊肃叶定律仅适用于水平圆细管的情况 ,而奥氏粘滞计通常是竖直放置的 ,即毛细管处于铅真状态 ,此时泊肃叶定律是否适合 ,对此作一讨论。

Abstract:Poiseuille's law is only suitable for level capillary pipe. Them Ostward-type viscometer is plumb under normal conditions, and the capillary pipe is vertical state. This paper discusses whether Poiseuille's law is tenable for under these circumstances.
