3-D轮胎模型滑水仿真分析

摘    要:建立了基于Ls-dyna软件进行水滑评价的3-D轮胎有限元模型.通过仿真计算,模拟了楔形水膜逐渐被挤入轮胎花纹沟槽并沿花纹沟槽排出时的情形,得出了轮胎在干、湿路面上运行时轮胎与地面接触力与轮速之间的关系曲线,验证了水膜厚度与临界滑水速度的关系.研究结果对轮胎的设计和改进具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:The finite element model of 3-D patterned tire is created based on Ls-dyna software.Through Simulative calculation,the process which wedge-shaped water film gradually squeeze into tire tread grooves and drained through the tire grooves is simulated.The relationship between the contact force and wheel speed are obtained when tire rotated in the dry and wet road.And the relationship between the thickness of water film and hypdroplaning velocity is confirm.This study is significant for tire design and improvem...
