| 摘 要： | 通过大量的野外实地考察和查阅相关献，对我国西部地区矿业型城市在今后可持续发展的目标、途径与对策等方面进行了探讨，并以铜川市为例，认为实现可持续发展战略的关键在于如何转变传统的高资源消耗、严重环境污染和低经济效益的产业结构及其发展模式，走区域经济结构多元化、高级化和合理化发展道路。提出了矿业城市可持续发展的战略选择应着眼于可持续发展的目标及其能力建设，制定综合型、优势型和协调高级型的产业发展模式等。

| Abstract: | Tongchuan city, the social economical development of which depended on mineral use in the past, realizes the sustainable development strategy is mainly to change conventional industry structure and development model including high resources consumed, heavy environment polluted and low economic benefits, and to take the multiform,high grade and reasonable development way of regional economic structure. With a view to sustainable development, it is an essential to carry out synthetic, advantageous and harmonious high types of industrial development in mineral type city of western China. |
