| 摘 要： | 在综合概括黄河三角洲的资源条件和产业结构特征基础上,分析了黄河三角洲自身具备的发展高效生态经济的区位优势、低廉的产业发展成本、良好的投资环境、较强的科技人才队伍等优势条件,以及生态环境脆弱、水资源短缺等不利条件.提出了黄河三角洲发展高效生态经济的外部推动因素.

| Abstract: | On the basis of synthetical summary resources and industry structure characters of Yellow River delta, analyses the advantaged conditions such as locational superiority, low cost of industry development, predominant investment environment and strong technology and the disadvantaged conditions such as weak ecological environment, scarce water resources to develop effective ecological economy. Puts forward the exterior factors of governments of the development effective ecological economy in Yellow River delta. |
