茶油维生素E软胶囊壳成分的研究

摘    要:研究了茶油维生素E软胶囊壳成分对胶囊壳性能的影响.以柠檬黄为指示剂,对比囊壳和测定囊壳不同配比所制囊壳的溶解速率,优选了胶囊壳最佳配方.研究结果表明:胶囊壳最佳配方为融胶温度70℃,明胶:甘油:山梨醇:水为100∶48∶3∶100.

Abstract:The paper studied the effect of the capsule shell compositions of camellia oil vitamin E soft capsule on soft capsule shells.The dissolution rates of soft-gelatin capsule shells with tartrazine as the indicator were determined and contrasted.The results are as follows: dissolution capsule temperature 70℃ and optimum ratio of gelatin to glycerol to sorbitol to water 100∶48∶3∶100.
