中国拳击国家队竞赛管理的特征——系统原理视角的解析

中国拳击项目在2008年北京奥运会上一举取得优异成绩,实现了多项突破。本文认为这些成就的取得绝非偶然,并尝试运用系统论原理对此进行解析。首先是中国拳击国家队的管理具有系统结构特征：系统整体涌现性、结构关联方式、层次理论,优化系统结构,理顺内部各元素之间的关系,实现关联体制一体化;其次是从系统赛事上进行战略部署,实现＂纵向一体化＂;最后是系统内外环境的协调,实现＂系统环境一体化＂。通过系统原理解析拳击国家队竞赛管理的特征,对其它运动项目的竞赛管理提供借鉴价值。

On the Characteristic of the Competition Administration of Chinese National Boxing Team——From the Perspective of System Theory
