论高等职业教育师资队伍建设

高等职业教育的培养目标是培养面向生产第一线的高级技术应用型人才，人才规格具有德才兼备的特征，办学特色具有职业性、地方性和应用性。根据目前师次队伍状况，我们应采取加强师德教育、明确培训方向、实施“青蓝工程”、注重梯队建设、引进“双师型”人才、实施“外脑”工程、严格职称评审、发挥导向作用、提高教师地位、留信教师人心等适应高职要求的“双师型”教师队伍建设措施。

On the Construction of Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Education

This thesis discusses the traning target for the higher vocational education,which is to cultivate qualified people in application with special skills, who are to serve at the front of the production,characteristic of profession,application and locality.In the paper the current situation of the teaching staff is analyzed,and the constructive suggsetions to train teachers are also given.
