摘    要:针对流化床水处理存在的问题,采用厌氧及好氧流化床串联的组合工艺,开发了基于微胶囊载体的生物流化床水处理设备。首先对其工作机理进行了研究,确定了总体及各组成部分的结构方案,在此基础上设计了水处理装备的反应器本体与控制器。实际应用表明该水处理设备能够对较高浓度污染废水进行高效脱氮、除磷和排污,出水质量达到国家排放标准。

Abstract:In order to solve the existing problems of water treating by fluidized bed,the water treating equipment of biological fluidized bed based on microcapsule carrier has been developed,which adopts the combined process of anaerobic-aerobic fluidized bed.Firstly,the working principle of the equipment is researched.Then,the design scheme is determined.Lastly,the reactor and controller are worked out.The application of the equipment show that the water treating equipment can effectively remove nitrogen,phosphorus,dirty of the water,and water quality achieve the national standards.
