摘    要:采用差示分光光度法和单波长分光光度法,在320nm和293nm波长处直接测定复 方氧氟沙星滴耳液中氧氟沙星和甲硝唑的含量.回收率分别为99.99%(RSD0.32%)和99.91% (RSD0.61%)此法不经分离直接测定,结果准确简单,适用于该制剂的质量控制.

Abstract:Direct assay ofloxacin and metronidazole in compound ofloxacin ear drop solution with differential and sing-wave-length spectrophotometer at 293nm and 320nm. The average recovery are 99. 99% (RSD 0. 32% ) and 99. 91 % (RSD 0. 61 % ) respectively. This method direct assays ofloxacin and metronidazole in compound ofloxacin ear drop solution without separation. The method is simple and accurate and suitable for the quality controlling of the ear drop solution.
