| 摘 要： | 从成本-收益的净现值、内部收益率及明瑟收益率等几个指标出发，说明了投资研究生教育有利可图，并结合其他的理论分析和现实因素，得出了对研究生教育实行收费的结论，同时对如何收费提出了自己的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper begins with several indexes such as the Net Present Value(NPV) & the Internal Rate of(return(IRR)) of the(cost-earnings,)Mincerian Rate of Return,and proves that the postgraduate education(investment)(is)(lucrative).Combining(other)(theory)(analysis)(and)(realistic) factors,We propose the suggestion of charging to the(postgraduate)(education) and put forward the proposal(about)(how)(to)(charge). |
