浸渍硼化物制取陶/炭复合材料的研究

摘    要:选择以硼化物为成分的浸渍液制取陶/炭复合材料并对浸渍液进行了优选,测定了材料的物理性能对陶瓷层的形态进行了电子探针分析·用此方法处理了电炉炼钢用石墨电极并在钢厂进行了考核·对硼化物浸渍制取陶/炭复合材料的抗氧化机理进行了探讨·研究结果表明,炭材料经优选硼化处理后其氧化起始温度可以提高到1177K,经浸渍后的石墨电极在钢厂应用可使其消耗降低12%·

Abstract:The ceramic/carbon composites were fabricated by impregnanting graphite in solutions containing mainly boride. The optimal impregnant solutions were studied. The physical properties of the composite were tested,and the morphology of the impregnated ceramic layer was examined with EPM. The impregation process was also carried out graphite electrodes and the electrodes were tested on a steelmaking electrical furnace in a steelmaking shop. The antioxidation mechanism of the boride impregnated ceramic/carbon materials was also investigated. The results show that the oxidation beginning temperature of the impregnated graphite can be raised to 1173K,and the consumption of the impregnated electrodes in steelmaking shops can be decreased by 12% compared with using the non impregnated electrodes.
