| Abstract: | This paper focuses on how to carry on non-touched continuous thickness measurement of blow film by making use of the capacitance thickness sensor.Then it further states the ways of averaging the thickness of blow film by PID encircling control on the temperature of the extruder and extrusion die,the speed of extruder and the speed of traction.All this process is controlled by microcomputer. |
