| 摘 要： | 民事诉讼证据制度是我国民事诉讼制度的重要组成部分，是民事诉讼审判活动的前提和核心。文章从三个方面分析我国民事诉讼证据制度存在的问题，进一步阐述其缺陷的弊端，找出根源，为民事诉讼证据制度改革提供理论依据。
