| 摘 要： | 采用感应供电的遥测式扭矩传感器，在现场将拾取的模拟信号转换为数字信号，通过工控总线传输到主控计算机。在VC程序中内嵌Matlb mex c代码，利用小波分析对扭矩信号进行消噪滤波。用改变桥臂阻值的方法对扭矩进行标定。

| Abstract: | By means of remote measurement torque sensor which works under inducting power supply, the analog signal picked up in the field is transferred into to the digital one,which is sent to the main control computer through the industrial control bus. Embedding the Matlab mex c code in the Visual C program,the torque signal noise is reduced with wavelet analysis and the torque is demarcated by changing the bridge resistor. |
