| 摘 要： | 研究了 LiNbO_3单晶的蚀象、光象。观察到与晶体方向有关的蚀象和光象之间有对应关系,且各晶面上蚀象及光象的对称性均与晶体的对称性相一致。认为晶体的微观结构决定了它的表面形态,蚀象是该形态的一种表现形式,而光象则是蚀象的一种光学效应。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the etched figure and light figure of LiNbO_3 single cry- stal are studied.Corresponding relations between the etched figure and light figure depending on the crystal orientation are observed.The symme- tries of etched figures and light figures on various crystal planes are identical with the crystal symmetry.It is considered that surface morpho- logy of the crystal is decided by its microcosmic structure.The etched fi- gure is a form of morphology,and the light figure is an optical effect of the etched figure. |
