| 摘 要： | 介绍了啮合同向旋转双螺杆挤出机螺杆元件的特征，根据物理机械共混理论，设计出一种适用于玻纤增强PP的螺杆元件组合方式。实验结果表明：玻纤在PP中分散较好，长度均一，螺杆组合设计合理。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of the screw elements in intermashing co-rotating twin-screw extruder are introduces. According to physical and mechanical blend theory, a type of screw elements combined manner suitable to glassfiber reinforced PP is designed. The results of experiments shows that glassfiber is well dispersed in PP and its length is equal and the design of screw combination is rational |
