| 摘 要： | 元认知能力是学校教育需要培养的一项重要的学习能力,它有助于学生掌握学习和思考问题的方法,养成主动地、创造性地探究问题、解决问题,并学会思考自己生活的意义。对学习成绩的提高以及进行跨学科的综合性学习有直接的影响。文章从元认知发展的特点出发,探讨了元认知能力对学习的影响,并提出了培养元认知能力的措施。
