摘    要:为了探究光子晶体在多方向上的传输特性,采用时域有限差分方法系统地设计、模拟和分析了太赫兹波段下2D-3D异质结结构中的波导集成器件。通过对垂直波导和输出波导的优化设计发现,减小垂直波导中邻近微腔之间的旋转角度可以有效提高集成波导的传输效率;增宽输出波导时,导带范围和传输效率进一步得到了改善。另外通过设计研究了多方向传输的集成波导器件,证明其各方向都具有良好的传输效率。

Abstract:In order to investigate the omni-directional transmission of a photonic crystal, a waveguide integrated device in a 2D-3D heterostructure working at terahertz wavelengths has been designed, simulated and analyzed. By optimization of the design for the vertical waveguide and the output waveguide, we found that the transmission efficiency can be improved significantly by reducing the rotation angle between the adjacent microcavities. When the output waveguide is widened, the band range and transmission efficiency are improved further. A waveguide integrated device including four input waveguides has also been designed and studied. The results show that all directions have good output efficiency.
