拉把塑件注塑模具数字化设计技术

摘    要:以数字技术CimatronE为工具,应用注塑模具设计理论和方法,以拉把塑件为例介绍模具设计中的型腔布局、分型面创建、成型零件设计、侧抽芯机构设计等数字化设计技术.通过对设计过程中出现的问题进行讨论,引导模具制造业采用现代设计技术,从而缩短新产品开发周期,降低生产成本,提高产品质量.

Abstract:Based on the digital technology and the theories and methods of injection mold design,the critical technologies of digital die design such as allocation of cavity,confirmed parting surface,the cavity/core design and the side core-pulling mechanism were introduced with CimatronE.Moreover,the problems existing in the mold design were discussed.It contributes to shortening the module development cycle,reducing the cost of products and improving product quality.
