| 摘 要： | 针对我国国际板建设中对投资者利益保护重视不足的问题,借鉴日、美、英等国证券市场国际化发展中投资者利益保护的经验教训,分析国际板境外发行人和境内投资者的利益冲突,探讨我国国际板建设中投资者利益保护机制。认为应细化法律法规、强化监管、推动跨境监管合作和司法合作以及选择适当时机推出国际板来保护境内投资者的利益。

| Abstract: | In view of the inadequate protection of the investors’ interests in the construction of China’s international board,this paper draws lessons from the experience of protection of investors’ interests in the internationalization of Japan,US and UK markets,discusses the conflicts of interests between Chinese investors and overseas issuers of international board,and analyzes the shaping of the protection mechanism in the construction of international board.It suggests that we should refine laws and regulations,strengthen supervision,promote the cross-border supervision cooperation and judicial cooperation,and choose appropriate time to start international board to best protect the investors’ interests. |
