叶梢带端板螺旋桨的性能研究

摘    要:1 概述 若使螺旋桨叶片的梢部保持一定的弦长,并装有一小块弧形端板,则能阻止叶端的横向绕流,维持较大的环流强度,从而增加叶片推力。此外还能消除梢涡,降低噪声。80年代初,叶梢带端板的螺旋桨用于实船试航,获得以14%~15%的节能效益,从而引起人们的关注,并对这种推进器开展了广泛的研究和讨论。 作者1985年以来也对叶梢带端板螺旋桨进行了研究。以一艘单桨船舶的常规螺旋桨模型为对比基础,保持其叶面积不变,使桨叶修改成具有宽叶梢的外形。同时先后安装五种方案的叶梢端板,进行了理论计算和模型敞水试验。桨模的叶数为4;直径144.4mm;

Abstract:The results of both the hydrodynamic calculations and model tests for a screw with endplates at blade tips are presented. Compared with the conventional screw, the novel screw developed has a larger thrust and higher open-water efficiency when operated under identical ship design conditions. In addition, smaller screw diameter is needed. Energy-saving test results of two full-scale ships mounted with screws with endplates at blade tips and with other modifications are analyzed. Some design problems of this type of screw are discussed.
