摘    要:本文研究用激光透射法检测塔内气液两相接触状态转变点。在135×100mm~2 的矩形筛板塔上,以空气-水为介质,对两种开孔率、三种堰高下的气液两相接触状态进行了测试,并采用微机数据采集和处理系统。结果表明,用2.5mW的氯氖激光可以检测出泡沫/混合泡沫及混合泡沫/喷溅两个转变点,并得到了接触状态判别式,初步分析了测试原理。

Abstract:A laser transmission technique with computer data acquisition was developed to measure the transition of gas-liquid contact regimes on sieve tray, using air-water system. The results showed that there were two transition points of contact regimes, i.c, froth mixed-froth and mixed-froth spray. The criteria to identify these rcgims were rlso derived.
