| 摘 要： | 管线是城市的一项重要的基础设施。本文介绍了有效管理和利用管线数据 ,建立以地理信息系统为基础的管线信息系统的迫切性、现时性。并阐述了管线信息系统的特点、功能以及要实现管线管理信息化所需要的计算机平台 ,管线信息系统的发展趋势。
