| 摘 要： | “礼治”在中国古代传统统治中，起着传统法的重要作用。从其萌芽直至最终鼎盛，礼与当时的制定法始终相形相随，甚而具有超乎制定法之功效。在此对其予以研究，以鉴照于现代法制文明。
