| 摘 要： | 利用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用仪对采自甘肃官滩沟的康藏荆芥经二氧化碳超临界萃取(SFE-CO2)及水蒸汽蒸馏(SD)得到的两种精油的化学成分进行分析研究,分别分析鉴定了28种,21种化学成分,其中主要的化学成分是桉树醇(14.27%)和十八烷(10.41%).

| Abstract: | Nepeta prattii Levl was extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide(SFE-CO2) and steam distilla-tion(SD). After two different extractions were analyzed by GC/MS twenty-eight and twenty-one compounds were identified respectively. The result showed that eucalyptol(14.27%) and octadecane(10.41%) were the main components. |
