| Abstract: | From the perspective of sociology, this essay aims at making analysis and research on the factors which influence the Chinese ladies in taking part in the body- building exercises - the influence of traditional culture, the confusing factor of roles conflict, and the special life styles, etc., using the documentation method. Therefore the formation of body- building concept of Chinese professional ladies has been illustrated and the key point is to improve their cultural nature and to cultivate a sense of body - building exercises, and to establish the scientific con- cept of body - building. |
