开缝翅片压降和换热特性的数值模拟

摘    要:利用计算流体力学软件STAR—CD研究了开缝翅片管式换热器的换热和压降特性,分析了开缝翅片厚度对换热器压降、换热特性的影响,并用场协同理论分析了计算结果.得出了翅片开缝能起到强化翅片换热的效果且开缝翅片厚度存在最佳值等结论,为优化新型管翅式换热器提供参考.同时,将模拟计算结果与实验结果加以比较.结果表明,数值模拟与实验结果基本吻合.

Abstract:Pressure drop performance and heat transfer performance of a strip fin were simulated with STAR-CD, and the influence of fin thickness on the performances of strip fin was analyzed, and the simulated results were also analyzed by the field synergy principle. The simulated results show that the heat transfer performance can be improved by striping the fin and an optimal thickness of fins should be adopted in order to increase the heat transfer performance of the fin. Some calculated results were verified by the experimental data which shows they are reasonable.
