| 摘 要： | 情商是决定个人成功的重要因素。教师的情商在教育教学活动中发挥着重要作用。海外华文教育普遍存在的学生厌学和师资非专业化等现实问题，对华文教师的情商提出了迫切要求。笔者对菲律宾华教现状试做分析，提出教师情商培养的必要性及渠道。

| Abstract: | IQ, an essential determinant for a person's success, is playing an important role for teachers in education. The generally existing problems in Overseas Chinese education, such as students' boredom towards Chinese study and the non-professionalized teaching call for the EQ. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the Chinese education in the Philippines, the writer puts forward the indispensableness and ways of fostering the EQ. |
