基于扩展性线性支出理论的阶梯水价模型

摘    要:水资源的供需矛盾正随着社会经济的快速发展显的尤为突出.制定合理的水价是节约用水,提高水资源利用率和分配率的主要手段.以公平和效率的视角,分析了阶梯式供水定价方法的突出优点.在扩展性线性支出理论的基础上,建立阶梯式水价模型,并以上海市为例,利用建立的模型,模拟了阶梯式水价实施所产生的节水效果.

Abstract:The contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is more significant with nowadays rapid economic development. It will help to save water as well as improving the utilization of water resources and the distribution by developing a reasonable pricing. From fairness and efficiency point,the advantages of ladder pricing method is analyzed.And the ladder pricing model of water based on ELES theory is set,then use this model the effect on saving water in Shanghai is simulated.
