摘    要:本文研究了Cr掺杂对La0.67Ca0.33MnO3物性的影响。探讨了Cr掺杂对晶体结构的影响、Cr掺杂对磁场的影响、Cr掺杂导致的反常电阻和磁电阻行为,以及Cr掺杂对La0.67Ca0.33MnO3极化子输运的影响。有新的发现:实验结果显示了特殊的双峰CMR行为,而且CMR效应的温区被极大地拓宽,从低温区直至室温以上,说明Mn位的Cr掺杂是调节CMR效应的有效方法。

Abstract:In this anticle we have studied the influence of Cr doping on physical characters of La 0.67 Ca 0.33 MnO 3,The in fluence of Cr doping on Crystal structure, on magnetic field, and on polaron transition of La 0.67 Ca 0.33 MnO 3,and the abnormal resistance and magnetic resistance action carsed by Crdoping have been researched There are new discoveries: the experimental results show special double-peak CMR action;moreouer, the temperature range of CMR effect has been extremely expanded, it is between the low temperature range and above the room temperature. So we can conclude that Cr doping at mu site is an effective way of adjusting CMR effect.
