沙打旺中微量毒素的含量分析

摘    要:报道了用薄层层析-分光光度法对牧草沙打旺中所含微量毒素3-NPA和3-NPOH的含量测定。测定结果表明草样中毒素含量少于10ppm,肉样与奶样中无毒素,作为食用是安全的,该牧草是一种低毒植物,具有饲用价值。该法平均回收率>85%。

Abstract:This paper reports the content analysis of microtoxin 3-NPA and 3-NPOH inA. Adsurgens pall with the method of thin layer chromatography-spectrophotometry. The mi-crotoxin in the plant is less than 10 ppm. There are no toxin in milk and beef. The herbageis a sort of lesstoxin plant and it is a good forage grass. The average rate of recovery is morethan 85%.
