| 摘 要： | 探讨不同产地巴戟(MOH)天主要有效成分含量间的关系及其护肝作用.采用方法为凯氏定氮法;索氏脂肪抽提称量法;苯酚-硫酸比色法;分光光度法;常规石蜡切片法.所得结果:巴戟天样品的总蛋白质量分数为15.99%～18.41%,粗脂肪为0.93%～7.27%,多糖为2.65%～4.73%,蒽醌含量(OD498值)为0.024～0.070;巴戟天汤药可减轻CCl4对肝的损伤.实验表明不同产地巴戟天主要有效成分含量存在较大差异;巴戟天具有保护肝脏的作用.

| Abstract: | Purpose: To discuss the relations of valuable compositions of MOH in different regions and its protection for liver lesion. Methods:Total protein,rude adipose,polysaccarides,antraquinone and the protest liver lesion were examined by corresponding methods.Results:Scope of total protein,rude adipose,polysaccarides and antraquinone is 15.99%-18.41%,0.93%-7.27%,2.65%-4.73%,0.024-0.07(OD_(498))respectively;pathological examination indicated that the degree of liver lesion is markedly less severe in the MOH group than in the other group.Conclusions:Valuable compositions of MOH in different regions are significantly different for MOH protection for the liver to some extent. |
