| 摘 要： | 本文在实验研究的基础上，对气体放电电子束的形成机理和物理模型提出了的见解，并以此为依据对电子束的能谱进行了模拟，实验结果与理论符合很好。

| Abstract: | Based on the experiments,a new model for mechanism of gas discharge electron beams isproposed.According to this model we simulated the energy spectrum. The theoretical results are ingood agreement with the experimental data. |
