| Abstract: | This paper introduces the components of the cost of the goods flow and the present situation of the current management of the goods flow, and puts forward some paths for reducing the cost of the goods flow, which include speeding up the construction of the modernized infrastructure, increasing the transportation efficiency, strengthening the management of the inventory in kind, strengthening the workers' cost consciousness, perfecting enterprise's goods flow management system, strengthening the check, and innovating the operation of the goods flow, etc. |
