带卷夹钳的设计与仿真分析

摘    要:以分析力学为基础对某夹钳进行了理论设计,提出了夹错初始工作阶段的动态反馈过程,得出了夹钳可靠运行的条件,并借助C^++对理论计算获得的核心技术参数进行了优化。以ADAMS为平台对该夹钳建立了虚拟样机,通过仿真分析,验证了设计机构的实用性和理论设计的正确性,为同类产品的改进设计提供了参考。

Abstract:A certain clamp was theoretically designed based on analytical mechanics. The dynamic feedback process of the clamp was provided, the safe working condition of the clamp was obtained , some important capability parameters obtained by theoretic calculation was optimized in C . The virtual prototyping was established and the working process was simulated based on ADAMS platform. The correctness of the theoretic design was validated by means of simulation and analysis. Reference was provided for ameliorating the design of similar products.
