飞机风挡结构抗鸟撞数值模拟

摘    要:在实验研究的基础上,建立了某型飞机风挡及其相关部件的全尺寸有限元模型,应用非线性有限元程序LS-DYNA3D对整个鸟撞击过程进行了数值模拟,得到鸟撞风挡结构动态响应计算结果.分析了鸟撞风挡结构的应力、应变动态时程曲线,讨论了引起风挡结构破坏的主要因素.数值计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,表明所建立的有限元计算模型可靠、计算数据有效.

Abstract:On the basis of experimental data for the relative parts of a plane,the bird-striking of windshield is analyzed.A finite element model including full-scale circular windshield is established.The data of displacement,strain,stress and contact force in the process of deformation are obtained.The deformation and failure mechanism of windshield is discussed.It is supplying valuable data for stress distribution of windshield analysis and failure mechanism.The precision of finite element numerical simulation is v...
