动力管道水锤激振分析

摘    要:该文利用有限元方法,对动力管道进行了建模,把水锤基本方程计算得出的水锤力作为加载力,计算出了动静态组合工况下管道系统动力响应的位移及转角幅值、约束力及力矩,以及各个水锤激发出来的管系动力响应贡献的系数。从计算结果看出水锤对管道有重要影响,在管道设计时必须加以考虑,最后提出了消除水锤影响的措施。

Abstract:A pipe system modal is set up with FME method. A water hammer force is solved as an external force to be applied to the pipe system. The amplitudes of the translations and rotations, the restriction force and moment of the pipe system, the response contributive factors of every water hammer are calculated out under the static and dynamics load cases. The computational results show that the hammer has influences on the pipe system . In the pipe system design phase, it is important to take into consideration the water hammer effect. Some measures are put forward about the reduction harm from water hammer on the pipe system.
