| 摘 要： | 从心理学表象原理及形成过程出发，在中学武术教学中设计了表象教法，启发学生的思维活动，使学生将想和练结合起来，形成完整的认识过程，提高了教学效果，通过产生不同教学效果的表象法与常规教法进行对比，对表象法在调动学生的学习积极性，提高学生的记忆水平，优化教学过程等方面作了探讨。

| Abstract: | With psychological representation theory and its forming process as starting point,designed Wushu teaching method for high schools.Such teaching method encourage students to connect thinking with practice,as a result,enhances the whole process and improves the effect of teaching.Furthermore,though comparing the effect of representation teaching methods with traditional teaching methods,this paper made theoretical discussion on the function of representation teaching method in mobilizing their enthusiasm,improving their memory level and bettering the teaching process. |
