纳米TiO2的制备及其表征

摘    要:以H2TiO3为主要原料,NH3·H2O为沉淀剂,采用均相沉淀法首先生成无定形TiO(OH)2前驱体,再经洗涤、过滤、干燥及灼烧得到纳米TiO2.采用热重分析仪分析了前驱体的热分解行为;采用紫外-可见分光光度计、X-射线粉末衍射仪及透射电子显微镜分别对样品的紫外吸收特性、晶型、粒子形貌及尺寸等进行了表征.结果表明:所制得的纳米TiO2为四方晶系金红石结构,呈球状或椭球状,在近紫外光区有一强的吸收,对应的波长约为340nm;在800℃下灼烧2.5h制得的纳米TiO2的紫外吸收性能最佳.

Abstract:Using H2TiO3 as main reagent and NH3·H2O as precipitant,precursor TiO(OH)2 was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method.Then,nano-TiO2 was gained after the precursor was sintered at different temperatures.The decomposition process of the precursor was analyzed by the thermogravimetry and differential thermogravimetry(TG-DTG)curve.Ultraviolet absorption characteristics,crystallization and size of nano-TiO2 were tested by means of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrophotometer,X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),respectively.The result suggested that nano-TiO2,ellipsoidal tetragonal rutile structure is synthesized at 800 ℃ for 2.5hby homogeneous precipitation method,which were regarded as the optimal synthesis conditions.
