摘    要:根据硅太阳电池工程用数学模型,在matlab/simulink仿真环境下建立了硅太阳电池模型.该模型充分考虑了环境温度的变化对太阳电池工作温度的影响,运用实际测试数据拟合出太阳电池温度与环境温度变化的关系式,并且给出确切参数.把仿真结果与实际太阳电池组件测量结果进行对比分析,结果表明仿真模块能够较好的模拟太阳电池组件的输出特性,完全能满足工程实际需要.

Abstract:According to engineering mathematical model of silicon solar cell,a silicon solar cell model was set up under the matlab/simulink environment.The model takes into account the effect of the change of environment temperature on operating temperature of solar cell,using the actual test data fitting out the relation between the solar cell temperature and environmental temperature change,and exact parameters is given.In this paper,the simulation results was compared with the actual measurements of solar cell modules,it shows that the solar cell module can accurately simulate the output characteristics of the components,and be acceptable for most practical engineering cases.
