| Abstract: | The Volatiles of Lonicera japonica Thunb. have been extracted,separated and identified by the combined equipment of direct vaporization-purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. And a group of small-molecule and low-boiling constituents have been found for the first time in the traditional Chinese medicine. The equipment offers several adventages:the manipulations are simple and rapid;the sensitivity is high and results are accurate.It provides a good way to analyse natu'ral products with some micro-volatiles. |
